Location was what we needed. Undercover parking was good, easy to access.
Breakfast was very ordinary and boring. The bacon was dry and tasteless. Not worth the $35pp.
We stayed 10 days. I was with my mother in hospital while my elderly father stayed in the room. I asked one morning if some eggs and toast could been taken to him for breakfast as he is diabetic and I was detained at the hospital. I was charged an additional $35 for that. I found that poor customer service given the $35pp was already included in the room cost.
The room was not cleaned and rubbish collected every day so I had to manage this myself. I’d requested two single beds on booking but the hotel had no record of this request so had to share a king bed with my father. The shower was not disability friendly, the floor tiles were extremely slippery. I asked to be transferred to a disabled room which the bathroom tiles were still slippery and dangerous for my unstable father to access alone. Also the view of this room was very poor, looked over a dirty roof below and we were told the room had issues with bugs coming through the door so needed to keep the doors closed. Overall poor value and customer service for an extended private stay. The only reason we stayed here was the close location to our family. Could’ve had a room in town for half the price.
Breakfast was great value. As I was visiting family who lived close by the location was excellent. Staff were courteous, friendly & very helpful.
The only thing I didn't like were the sunlounges inside the pool area, I would say they were the most uncomfortable I've ever used.

Tv didn’t work and was moved rooms. Second room had a tv issue but was sorted quickly. Not a huge deal
The staff were amazing, the restaurant was amazing, the property was clean and the rooms were great.
We loved everything.
Handy location for us to visit with family. Rooms were a good size, bed was comfy and the pool area was a huge hit with the kids. We got breakfast included in our rate and there was a great selection to choose from each morning, and the coffee was surprisingly good (I've not had a great run with hotel coffee LOL)
Twice we had to evacuate for fire alarm within 24 hours, which was annoying - not sure if there was a legitimate reason and not faulting the staff at all, just a pain in the arse when you're staying near the top!!

The room was well appointed and was set up as requested (4 single beds)
We ate at the restaurant Madame Za which was excellent.
Breakfast was included and was an excellent selection of hot and cold foods.

Coffee paid and free, bedroom layout for us was tricky, moving beds to open cupboard. Power point in each room could be two each room to be extra accommodating.
