Minor niggles - bathroom was a little "tired" but it was serviceable and clean.
A lovely building and excellent location. A taste of an elegant past. Staff friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms with views over the garden from lovely old floor to ceiling windows. Very good breakfast. We had a peaceful visit.
Some of the furnishings and fittings are a little tired. But everything was clean and worked well so that didn't bother us at all.
Natalie was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was excellent and the breakfast being included was perfect. The room was lovely, as were the lounges and gardens. A really pleasant atmosphere to the whole place!
The bathroom was a bit tired, and the shower over the bath went extremely cold and remained so. Not unexpected for the age of the place.
