Amazing Stay
Pros:

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Rio last year for our anniversary and it was the most amazing stay. Bruno Branco and the whole staff made us feel very special from check in time to check out. Room was great, food was great, cleaning, the spa, the lounge, the pool. Everything was amazing. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Excellent property and staff

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro was exceptional from start to finish. As Hyatt Globalists, we truly appreciated the recognition and warm hospitality, including a beautiful suite upgrade, a thoughtful bottle of champagne waiting in our room, and access to an excellent Executive Lounge with evening cocktails and delicious food.

A special thank you to Fernanda Barbosa, whose outstanding concierge service helped make our visit seamless, and to Maria Alice at the front desk, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was outstanding, especially the incredible variety of fresh tropical fruits, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of each morning.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, attentive service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We look forward to returning on a future visit to Rio and highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

A True 10/10 Stay – Exceptional Service and Beautiful Property
Pros:

Our family had an incredible stay, and I can honestly say this hotel is a 10/10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds, an amazing pool, spacious and comfortable suites, and excellent restaurants. Every meal we had was delicious.

What truly made the stay special, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The level of hospitality was exceptional and made us feel at home throughout our stay.

As a Hyatt Globalist, we also really appreciated the Club. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, and the evening hors d’oeuvres were far beyond what we’ve experienced at most club lounges. It added tremendous value to our stay.

This is a hotel that gets the little details right, and it’s a place we would happily return to and confidently recommend to friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable!

A very nice stay!
Pros:

The Grand Hyatt is away from the beaten path, but is such a wonderful hotel in a much safer area, that it's worth the travel time (or uber ride) to get to places.
The hotel offers a true vacation feel and the service is superb.
