The location is very quiet and need uber to get to Barra de Tijuca. Goof facilities as expected in Hyatt

Cons:

A lot of conference during our stay ie very busy and difficult to access staff , be served. Staff very nice however just busy

Gosto de tudo! Hotel maravilhoso , estrutura magnífica!!!! O pessoal da recepção muito educados. O que falar dos garçons do 7 andar , todos maravilhosos!!! Leone, Naldo,Angélica, Jaffrey, Júlio, Edinaldo. Perdão se esqueci alguém!

Só não gostei de não ter conseguido esticar minha diária por mais um dia!!!!😉 o hotel estava lotado!

Es un excelente hotel. Cómodo. Amplio. Desayuno espectacular. Atencion premium. Tuvimos un problemita con la cafetera y vino el gerente a disculparse y nos regalo una caja de galletitas.

Cons:

Única desventaja: esta lejos de Ipanema Leblon o Copacobana pero con uber te manejas perfecto

Pleasant stay with excellent service at Grand Hyatt—looking forward to my next visit to Rio Grand Hyatt.
Pros:

The USP of the hotel is the beach front location and overall premises were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the tour desk personnel for their assistance in arranging city tour tickets and providing excellent guidance. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the breakfast spread was well organised. The chefs and service staff were attentive and provided great service. My only concern was that the room in the higher category, for which I had paid a premium, was not available on arrival. The initially allocated room appeared to have undergone recent renovation and did not meet expectations, which required me to move to a lower category room.
