De kamer was ruim opgezet met een eigen woonkamer en keuken, een mooie badkamer en een heerlijk bed. De kamer an sich overtrof mijn verwachtingen en was qua prijs-kwaliteitverhouding goed.
De sfeer in het hotel was ouderwets en doods. Het is dat de kamers zo gehorig waren, anders had ik het idee gehad dat ik de enige aanwezige persoon in dit hotel was. Er zat nooit iemand bij het zwembad want het was niet schoon, de faciliteiten rondom het zwembad lagen er niet uitnodigend bij. Ook was de ontvangst heel onpersoonlijk. Vanaf de ingang ligt de balie verstopt achter het zwembad en de beveiligers waren heel suf en afwezig. Het volgende vind ik heel vervelend om zo te zeggen en het is natuurlijk enorm subjectief, maar het voelde bijna als een soort spookhuis.

Hotel really needs an upgrade. Staff is kind. The hotel towels were completely worn out, the wifi is on and off and extremely slow. Furniture is cheap, bathroom very basic though the rain shower had enough water pressure. Breakfast was served in the room and nothing special.
Staff were very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was ok; the chicken with Jollof rice was the best I have ever eaten
Drinks are really expensive; when I asked for water, I was billed (when I would have received two in my room); I left early and requested a refund on the one night, but it was refused.

It was clean and well organized. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Studying security presence.
There was a slight odor in the room. The pool which was prominent on their advertisement was not functional. Location was somewhat sketchy. Even our driver from the airport mentioned the challenges in the neighborhood. You could tell the place was old, but once very grand.
Our apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a brief stay. The staff were easily accessible via WhatsApp and were very responsive. The courtyard is stunning, with a beautiful stone finished pool framed by palm trees and flowering plants. Felt like an oasis. The location was idyllic, 15mins walk from Oxford Street Osu, and along the way upmarket bars/restaurants as well as shops and bars that locals use. A basic (room service)breakfast was on offer, however we needed to remember to put out order in the night before.
The air-conditioning in the bedroom worked perfectly, and cooled the whole apartment.
Note that access to the hotel is via a secure gate, where you are buzzed in before 10pm.
We were absolutely delighted to be offered a very late check out for a reasonable price.
We enjoyed the smart TV and good quality wifi.
One evening we returned after 10pm and couldn't gain immediate access as we needed to use another entrance where there was no doorbell. The security onsite didn't hear us calling. Fortunately I was able to gain access by messaging on WhatsApp and got am immediate response and an apology. If I were a lone female traveller this would have been a disconcerting experience.

The location was great. The poolside was a refreshing touch to the place. And the staff were excellent.
The water and light systems were not so great. At least for the few days I stayed over. Might not be a frequent occurrence. The rooms could use a little bit of upgrade to the aesthetics while still maintaining the colonial vibes.

seul le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la réservation pourrait être de meilleure qualité. C'est bon mais pas à la hauteur de l'établissement
