The staff were very communicative over email and were super friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was standard but I was not expecting more for the price. It was quite satisfactory. Coffee was good and there were good gluten free options.

Cons:

I did not like the bathroom set up. even through it was functional and clean it was small and unusual. The bed was nice but there was no AC as written in the room description and the door was unable to lock which made me very Uncomfortable during the night.
