beautiful experience will surely repeat. The breakfast service really good
Pros:

Beautiful experience, nice staff.
well maintained lobby with no interference or disturbance.
The food good but more varieties needed not only oat meal and chia seed daily

Cons:

The shower good but should have a tap system to be able to redirect flow of water.
They should provide shower caps in room service.
Rice puddings / corn meals /custard in addition to oat meal should be added

Quarto grande!

Cons:

Não tinha 2 camas a 2ª era sofá muito mole. Tivemos que dormir (dois homens) ma mesma cama.
Me cobraram Extra U$ 147.68 e disseram que devolvem dentro de uma semana. Deus queira que aconteça pois se não o Hotel vai ficar caríssimo.

Convenient location, clean room, nice staff. Sleep heavily disturbed by loud nearby club on weekend.
Pros:

Clean, convenient parking situation, good access to subway station. Good access to Union Marketplace nearby. Friendly, accommodating staff

Cons:

Saturday night it was difficult to sleep due to a club nearby that way playing loud music until about 4Am in the morning. I'm not sure the hotel can do much of anything about that, but it did diminish the experience. Sunday night the noise level was fine.

Soggiorno deludente per scarsa attenzione al cliente e alla pulizia
Pros:

La colazione era buona e piacevole, anche se con poche opzioni europee. Le aree comuni, come palestra e piscina, sembravano curate e ben mantenute. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza della cucina in camera, dotata dello stretto indispensabile per gestire i pasti durante un soggiorno di più giorni.

Cons:

Purtroppo la gestione del servizio è stata molto carente: già prima dell’arrivo non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta a diverse richieste di chiarimento sulla camera. Una volta in struttura, la stanza non era pronta per tre persone (asciugamani insufficienti e divano letto senza lenzuola) e abbiamo dovuto sistemare tutto da soli dopo un lungo viaggio. Le lenzuola fornite erano sporche e non sono state cambiate nemmeno dopo segnalazione; quelle del divano letto sono rimaste le stesse per sei notti consecutive, nonostante richieste quotidiane. Anche gli asciugamani venivano cambiati in modo irregolare e mai in numero adeguato, costringendoci spesso a richiederli in reception. La pulizia generale lasciava a desiderare: cestini non svuotati con regolarità, pavimenti sporchi e mancanza di prodotti base come spugna e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie.

Great Value, Further Out but manageable, Great team of staff that was helpful
Pros:

I loved how spacious the rooms were how clean and updated everything was. I didn’t eat breakfast each morning, but the selection was good with healthy options too. Whether it was the front desk in the morning or the evening, they were all always so friendly and helpful with any transportation or specific things to do in the area. Always kind and seemed happy like they enjoyed working for Hilton
I liked the additional measure of Security with needing a room key to use the elevator.

Cons:

It was a little bit further out from DC main attractions so we had to use Uber more than what I was anticipating, but I would do it again because my experience with the staff and value of room was good.

The digital key stopped working after a day, but I had the room card key for the elevator so I just went back to using the card only.

I was disappointed the pool was closed for renovations, but they did say that on their homepage.

We had a great stay in DC with the family. The hotel made the stay even better.
Pros:

Loved the free laundry access on the third floor, loved the free shuttle to the metro station, loved the spacious suite with the kitchenette, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!!
