Excelente ubicación y habitación limpia y confortable
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, de verdad es fantástica!! El desayuno no lo use, el restaurante se veía un poco descuidado y poco frecuentando

La vista en el rooftop y las instalaciones son increíbles, al igual que la comida y bebidas que estuvieron bastante deliciosas

En estado en otros hyatt y ya esta incluida la comida y bebida en la reserva, mientras que en este se pagaba aparte cuando ibas al acceso de rooftop
El gerente del mismo roof parecía un poco tosco, puedo equivocarme igual pero el no mantenía la misma actitud que los otros empleados de buen servicio hacia nosotros

Hned po příjezdu mě zarazil přístup personálu. To, že chtějí deposit, jsem ještě schopná uznat, ale na konci pobytu jsou schopno poplést měny a strhnout vám další peníze. Nejsou informovaní a tudíž neinformují ani své hosty například o tom, že je pláž i Beach house patřící k hotelu Hyatt uzavřen. Co se týče amerických snídaní musím souhlasit s ostatními - snídaně zahrnuje jeden den vše a další den to, na co má personál zrovna náladu. Na ulicích je každou noc hluk a pokoje nejsou dostatečně izolované, takže se v noci nevyspíte. Celkově tento hotel neodpovídá kvalitě ani úrovni jiných hotelů Hyatt ve světě.
Nechala jsem se před příjezdem informovat ohledně pláže Playa del Carmen z hlediska výskytu sargassum. No popis situace byl velmi mírný oproti realitě. Prý se vyskytuje, ale pracuje se na tom, aby pláž byla “as enjoyable as possible” - no nevím, posuďte sami dle přiložených fotek.

La limpieza excelente.
La habitación súper cómoda, amplia.
Las camas cómodas, las almohadas también!
