Insomma...
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente un punto forte, la fermata dell'autobus è di fronte all'hotel e ti permette di raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Roma agevolmente e vicinissima a Termini.

Cons:

C'è bisogno di una ristrutturazione generale, l'hotel occupa un piano di un condominio che risulta fatiscente nella facciata esterna ma soprattutto nell'ascensore e nelle scale, orribili. All'interno l'hotel non ha sale comuni ma solo una piccolissima reception e poi solo camere. Le camere necessitano anch'esse di una profonda ristrutturazione, sono molto vecchie. Il bagno ancor più e la presenza di una piccola vasca che funge da doccia non ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. È scomodo e pericoloso entrare ed uscire dalla doccia, inoltre non c'era acqua fredda ma solo calda. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita e profumata ma poi durante il soggiorno hanno solo rifatto i letti senza mai spolverare, anche il bagno non è mai stato pulito bene durante il soggiorno. La stanza piccola per 3 persone ma i letti comodi.
La colazione passabile per un 3 stelle ti riempi la pancia ma senza effetto wow. Credo che il prezzo pagato sia stato eccessivo in rapporto a quello offerto. Ho prenotato leggendo le recensioni precedenti ma me ne sono pentita.

Lokalizacja i cena (zwłaszcza przy promocji czy zniżce od bookinga) zdecydowanie warta polecenia.
Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko Coloseum i Forum Romanum, zdecydowana większość najważniejszych zabytków w zasięgu spacerów.. Pięć minut do stacji metra w kierunkach na Watykan i dworzec Terminini. Bardzo uczynna obsługa na recepcji w hotelu, możliwe było wcześniejsze zameldowanie, a także zostawienie na kilka godzin bagaży po zakończeniu pobytu.

Cons:

Niestety słabe śniadania. Nie dokładano kolejnych porcji pieczywa, pomidorów, warzyw i owoców, więc już na godzinę przed zamknięciem wybór stawał się mocno ograniczony, a kwadrans przed nim niemal symboliczny, poza płatkami śniadaniowymi i ciastem. Nie było też żadnej opcji na ciepło (jajecznicy czy kiełbasek). Przy cenie 12 euro za osobę zdecydowanie lepszą opcją jest korzystanie z licznych na tej samej ulicy i w przecznicach kafeterii i barów.

Home far away from home
Pros:

The hotel is located just next to the Repubblica metro stop. Location wise it is excellent. You can visit all the major attractions either by foot or by metro. The hotel itself is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator stopping in front if the hotel entrance. Receptionists Victoria and Miriam are very helpful and go out of their way to help the guests in anything. Breakfast was a buffet, fresh bread and pastries, toasts etc. Patrizia from the breakfast section makes amazing hot chocolate and capuccino. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Air conditioning works perfectly in the rooms, breakfast section and reception.
