Idyllic surroundings
Would have loved a quiet room to sit in at spa area with gentle music and tranquility
Shepherds hut had everything you might want.
Great shower, heat and facilities.
Nothing we didn’t like about the shepherds hut
I liked the shepards hut we stayed in it was just fabulous. I loved how clean and comfortable it was and had everything you could ask for and more. We ordered food to the hut and it arrived almost immediately. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the Thermal village was very good also.Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay.
The only thing I found slightly difficult was the lay out of the place and where everything was.. I feel it's somewhere I'd find easier to get around the second time I'd go back.

The decor and bedrooms were lovely but lodge is something you’d expect at a Butlins camp
There is photos of sofa in lodge below. Only pegs to hang clothes on in 2 bedrooms and decor shabby. Hot tub didn’t work, check in delayed too
