Great location and quiet area not far to get into London central.
The celebration package was a bit lacklustre compared to other hotels we have stayed at.
Great experience and spaciuos rooms. John was a great help and the breakfast buffet has great options.
Its been a while, but finally back to the Bankside and experienced their new hotel rooms which are fresh and bright. Always nice to see some familiar faces- with Daniel's pancakes at breakfast, Daniel & John at the front desk cheery and happy. Meanwhile, in the executive lounge, Yen is as fantastic and happy as ever with Terrence and Domenico! Always nice to come back to the Bankside
The beds were super comfortable and all the staff really helpful. The room was a great size for Central London. The executive lounge had range of snacks and drinks, including champagne. Hotel breakfast had a great variety and good quality. Could be my preferred spot at southwark .
Nothing it was great
Hotel was great. A few initial issues with coffee maker on room but all good. Doorman Daniel is THE BEST !!
Great rooms and service! The doorman named Daniel in particular was incredibly kind and helpful. He answered any questions my family had for him and was very knowledgeable about the area. He was especially helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Only a 7 minute walk from the tube and a nice area. Highly recommend.

The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! We were finishing breakfast and one of the employees told us we needed to hurry up because they were waiting for us so they could clear the table. I thought we could have been asked kindly, but we weren’t.
We changed rooms and they said our luggage would be delivered to our new room. It was not. We had to wait for them to locate the luggage and bring it up to our room. This caused a delay in our evening plans.
Finally, we moved to a family room. The air conditioning did not work. It was extremely hot in the room. They brought up one fan to try to cool off the room. UNACCEPTABLE, especially when I’m a Hilton gold member! Don’t waste your money staying there…
Daniel the doorman was exceptional! He immediately helped us with our bags on arrival and even got us a glass of prosecco during our check in. Every time we were in the lobby he was very nice and made sure that we didn’t need anything. He also offered to take our picture while we were taking pictures in the lobby. Also, he gave us slushies as we checked out and made sure we had arrangements to get to the airport. The most striking thing that was so nice was that he remembered us from our stay last summer.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, friendly and lovely staff, clean and spotless. Lovely rooms.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel had good amenities and is located in an excellent position.
