Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel is modern, staff is professional, rooms are clean and comfy.

Cons:

I was placed to a room facing a wall , good news that i was relocated to a room with a view once i approached the reception. If not relocation i would put 10 out of 10.

The best Hilton in London for a proper stay
Pros:

We've now stayed here several times, and it consistently delivers — particularly for longer visits. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and well designed, and among the Hilton properties we've tried in London, this is by far the most comfortable and generous in scale.

If you have access to the Executive Lounge, it's a reliable, calm space with dinners included — well worth it. Great for families too. We were fortunate enough to visit the vegan suite, which is a genuinely forward-thinking touch.

The staff are warm and friendly throughout. Special mention to Ali at breakfast, who has made every morning genuinely enjoyable across multiple stays.

A few honest notes: the food is good but the menu could be more varied. Check-in can feel a little stretched when it gets busy. The TV channels occasionally freeze and the light switches are their own puzzle. The gym is functional rather than exceptional.

None of this detracted much from the stay. The construction was inaudible from the rooms, and the location — a short walk from Blackfriars with some off-the-beaten-path local sights — is a real draw. Recommended, especially if you're staying for several nights.

Executive lounge
Pros:

Yen, Dominica, and Prakash in the executive lounge were absolutely fantastic. We are traveling with our teenagers, and they were very wonderful with our kids! We highly recommend Hilton Bankside!

Nice hotel and very nice staff
Pros:

The hotel was nice, rooms spacious, clean , had everything you wanted. Leisure space also really nice.

I found the staff very nice, smiley and always ready to help.

Miro in particular was very nice, friendly and professional!

Would recommend!

Lovely stay at the Hilton Bankside
Pros:

London hotels can sometimes feel a little impersonal but not at the Hilton Bankside! Right from checking in my husband and I were made to feel so welcome. Reception staff greeted us warmly and were extremely helpful. In the exec bar food and drink was lovely and a special shout out to KADIATU who gave exceptional service. In summary the location of the hotel is fabulous, the room was fantastic with its own peloton bike, in addition to a well equipped gym and the staff fantastic! Many thanks
