Daniel Made the Difference | A True Hilton Hero
Pros:

I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel, the bellman at Hilton London Bankside.
I had a couple of unexpected delays that almost caused me to miss my train to Birmingham. While I was outside desperately trying to get an Uber or a cab, Daniel immediately stepped in. He literally took me by the hand, went outside with me, waited until he found a cab, and personally explained to the driver that Ahmad was in a hurry and needed to get to the train station quickly.
Because of Daniel, I caught my train. Because of Daniel, I had a successful business day in Birmingham.
People like Daniel are what truly make the difference. They are the reason customers remain loyal. They are the ones who represent hospitality at its very best.
Thank you, Daniel. Leaders like you are what keep Hilton, Hilton.

Fab service!
Pros:

Visited friends for a drink and bite to eat. They were staying at the hotel, which was lovely. I was particularly impressed by Yen and Domenico, who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Hilton Bankside - a perfect London hotel
Pros:

Hilton Bankside is the perfect stay in London. A first class hotel with world class service.

From the hotel Manager Mr Da Souza. The Reception team Eleanor Da Silva and the Executive Lounge team of Yen and Domenic.

I have travelled extensively using Hilton and this is one of the best for service and quality.

Here for business. The executive lounge is a nice stop for the evening.

Tip: use an outside laundry service for extended stays. No on site laundry. Concierge will direct you to laundryheap. They pickup and deliver.

Amazing staff in the executive lounge
Pros:

The service in the executive lounge was hands down the best service. From start of the day we come here and end of the day, come here not just because the food and coziness of this lounge, but also because of the amazing feeling we get from the staff of Yen, Terrence and Harsha. They made it feel like we had a home away from home! Truly considerate and personable team. This was very appreciated since we had two kids with us and allowed us wine down at the end of the day.

Elegant stay, excellent service, unforgettable.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton London Bankside. The location was excellent, with many major attractions within walking distance and very convenient access to the Underground. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the pool and jacuzzi after busy days exploring the city. The hotel felt modern, stylish, and welcoming, and having restaurants and shops nearby was a big plus. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cons:

One thing we did not particularly enjoy was that during one part of our stay, the arrival of several large tour groups from China created a much busier and less calm atmosphere in the hotel than we had experienced otherwise. This was especially noticeable during breakfast, when the dining area became crowded and somewhat chaotic, making the otherwise pleasant atmosphere feel less comfortable. It was also noticeable in the evenings, when noise levels in the common areas were higher than expected. The hotel had otherwise felt very peaceful and well organized, so this contrast stood out.

Cons:

De parking die een km verder ligt, de wc borstel die ontbrak, de donkere tafels in het midden van de ontbijtkamer, de zeep die na 4 dagen en 1 keer vragen nog niet bijgevuld was. Het derde bed dat veel kleiner was dan op de foto's bij reservatie

Pros:

The hotel experience was fantastic. Daniel with guest assistance and Miro, who delivered our room service.
Daniel was friendly and helpful every time we saw him.
Miro was as friendly and it's obvious he takes pride in what he does for the Guest. The display was inviting and the food was delicious.
