Médiocre... nuit blanche.

Malheureusement il n'y a pas grand chose que nous avons aimé...

Dès l'entrée accueil froid qui donne envie de faire demi tour ... opressé pour savoir les heures d'arrivées, de repas, alors que cela n'a rien changé à la prise en charge.

Ensuite chambre très vétuste, tout est vieux mais mal entretenu, la clim, la vmc de la salle de bain, la chasse d'eau, font un bruit épouvantable. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit, les murs et plafonds sont tellement fins que nous entendions nos voisins s'installer dans leur lit comme si nous étions dans un dortoir, le pommeau de douche fuit, donc toute la nuit un nouveau bruit c'est ajouté... nous étions à côté d'une pièce pour le personnel de ménage que nous avons croisé le matin donc pourquoi entendre du bruit dans cette pièce à 1h du matin ... le matin après mûres réflexions nous sommes allé voir à l'accueil pour essayer d'expliquer nos mésaventures, nous ont demandé d'attendre la chef. Donc nous sommes allés déjeuner, même le petit-déjeuner ne payait pas de mine.. après discussion avec l'encadrement nous a proposé une chambre, puis une autre.... mais avec la nuit qu'on venait de passer on a préféré partir même si nous avions payé 3 nuits de plus car d'une chambre à une autre le bruit allait être identique, les murs n'allait pas être plus epais dans les autres chambres...
De plus, localisation bien car proche de Parme mais c'est tout, ville un peu morte, pas tellement de restaurants à proximité ...

Du coup je cherche à comprendre les 3 étoiles ?? Comme les photos de booking qui mettent un peu trop en avantage... Et la note de 7.5 aussi ..... 🤔

Good place to break up the journey but needs updating.

Very sweet old fashioned hotel. Nice staff. Had a pool.

Cons:

The electrics were hanging out the wall. It said it had a washing machine but didn't or a hair dryer or iron. We had to pay extra if we wanted to use the kitchen in our suite. The pool was mouldy in the filters and very cloudy and dirty so I worried about the water. The breakfast choice was vast but not that nice - it would be better to do less choice but make the food nice in our opinion. Coffee was weak, bacon very fatty. No air con in the breakfast room or any public areas.

Un hôtel hors du temps pour le meilleur et pour le moins bon

Nous avons aimé le côté vieil établissement à l’ancienne où la rencontre est facile, la télé qui fonctionne en continu dans le grand salon et un petit côté surané qui peut rebuter mais qui marche bien dans cet hôtel

Cons:

Les quelques obligations comme réserver le restaurant quelques heures avant, les horaires de fermetures de l’hôtel.

Idéal pour voyager avec ses animaux de compagnies
Pros:

Idéal pour faire une alte. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. La patronne nous a aidé quand nous sommes tombé en panne de voiture. Merci.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré, même si je dois payer un peu plus. Sinon rapport qualité prix c'est OK.
