Insgesamt ein schönes und gepflegtes Hotel.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr vielfältige Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider keine Duschabtrennung über der Wanne...
Sehr kritisch anzumerken ist, dass die Fluchtwege im Wellnessbereich verschlossen waren.

Ein rundum schöner und gelungener Urlaub im Erzgebirge in einem super Hotel
Pros:

Als Alleinreisender hatte ich ein 3-Bett-Zimmer mit zusätzlicher Wohncouch, einfach klasse.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, eigentlich fast schon zu viel und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Cons:

Parkplatz 8,00 € / Tag sind einfach ein Witz. Hierüber haben sich viele Hotelgäste zu Recht geärgert.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöner Frühstücksraum, gute Matratzen große Zimmer
Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung

Cons:

Kommt so langsam in die Jahre, der Teppich ist austauschwürdig, überhaupt Teppich? Die Betten selbst naja haben Ihr leben gelebt, das Personal ist überall, man wartet wirklich in der Bar auf die Getränke, wenn halt niemand kommt dann steht man da rum und bekommt nichts. Im allgemeinen auch außerhalb der Zimmer müsste mal mehr staub gewischt werden. Das fängt bei der Vitriene in der Rezeption an.

Sehr schön es Zimmer.
Nach Sanierung ein wunderschönes Bad.

Hotel gut, Personal wohl z.T. etwas lustlos
Pros:

Grosses Hotel, gute Ausstattung, Wellnessbereich.
Technisch ist hier alles vorhanden, was man braucht für ein Hotel.

Motorrad durfte vor dem Hotel geparkt werden und musste nicht auf den hoteleigenen Parkplatz gestellt werden. (keine Parkgebühren, Danke nochmals dafür)

Personal in der Bar und beim Frühstück war aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Personal beim Checkin wie beim Checkout etwas sehr lustlos und hat wohl nur Dienst nach Vorschrift abgespult.
Beim Checkout war das Tresen nicht besetzt und ein Mitarbeiter tauchte erst nach mehreren Minuten auf und nachdem man im ersten Stock beim Personal vom Frühstücksbuffet nachgefragt hat.

Freundlich und empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Buffetessen war ausgezeichnet, es wurde immer nachgefüllt, sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Wir fühlten uns immer willkommen! Nur zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ein Duschvorhang an der Badewanne wäre wünschenswert

Es ist ein altes Hotel. Was gar nicht geht, das Hunde aus dem Nachbarzimmer einen früh 6:00 Uhr wecken.
