Pros:

localização, perto do BS Design. Para quem vai participar de eventos, o hotel atende bem.
è bem básico. Trata-se de pequenos apartamentos de 1 quarto que foram adaptados para hotel, porém não espere muito.

Cons:

Chuveiro ruim e aspecto ruim, principalmente por ser antigo.
Ao entrar no quarto notei um cheiro de quarto de ex fumante, nitidamente dava para perceber que tentaram limpar colocando outros aromas por cima, mas é quarto de ex fumante.
