Proximidade das estações de trem e metrô a pé.

Cons:

Cama dura e preço do estacionamento. Falam que tem e na hora tem que pagar 50,00 a diária.
Muito barulho na praça em frente durante a madrugada(não é culpa do hotel) que incomoda a dormir.
