Would not recommend.
Pros:

Room was clean, had a slight musty smell though.
Was a view of beach (ground floor unit) but only when no cars were parked in front of building.

Cons:

No hot water for bathroom during entire stay.
No wifi working and was also a black spot for my own service provider so my internet and phone service was sketchy. My phone sometimes was on ‘SOS’ only.
Underground parking had signs up stating ‘do not leave belongings’, ‘lock vehicles’, ‘not secure’ . Didn’t feel safe.
Location was far from any shops, restaurants etc, had to drive for everything.
No customer care from Manager.
No communication or updating during my stay as to when hot water would be repaired.

Well appointed,roomy apartment opposite the beach and close to the city made for an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The view was spectacular over the road from the beach. Close to town. The staff member was happy to bring extra blankets when asked. Plenty of space in the apartment. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Liked having the toilet separate from the bathroom.

Cons:

We would have liked another blanket/doona for the first night as we were a bit cold. It would have been great if the restaurant was open throughout the day and for the evening meal but understand that they close early due to the winter months and fewer patrons. The complex appeared a bit "tired". One of the reasons that we stayed at the apartments was because our friends were also staying there. We didn't realise that there were different blocks of apartments in the complex and got wet going to visit them and returning as there were not covered access paths between the blocks of apartments.

Pros:

Absolutely loved this place😊 very clean, modern and location is amazing. Felt very safe and comfortable with the family, especially having young kids. Will definitely make my way back to this spot.

Cons:

The only negative thing I can say is that the lift is very small and takes very long to come up and down.

Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. Went the extra mile with a request for Change in room. Location and the seaview well worth it.
