Best service and experience
Pros:

I stayed at Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi from May 5–9, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent — all staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in until check-out.
The breakfast had a good variety of food and everything tasted great. The hotel facilities are also very complete, including a wellness spa, swimming pool, meeting facilities, and other amenities suitable for both business and family stays.
The location is very strategic in the center of Sukabumi, making it easy to access culinary spots and other attractions nearby.
Thank you to the entire team of Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi for the warm hospitality and outstanding service. I will definitely come back again

Very bad hotel for staying
Pros:

I don’t think this is four star hotel. More like two star hotel with the poor service

Cons:

When I stay they have a party and as a guest we even can not park our car inside the hotel but they move us to the street and said will inform when the party over. But until the time we would sleep no information at all until my husband went down to move himself

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and I was told I couldn't check-in until 1pm. Not because the room wasn't ready but that's hotel policy. Most hotels accommodate a traveling customer with early check-in but not this hotel. Sheets on the bed were also stained.

Great stay
Pros:

Nice hotel with beautiful, big room. Comfortable beds and great shower. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Okay breakfast and nice pool.
Great location with many restaurants closeby.
We had a perfect stay.

Clean and the staff is very polite

Cons:

The room was on road side and it was very noisy the entire night. Every vehicle that passed there was loud noise and was disturbing.

The breakfast options for local Indonesian might be good but for non locals it was a disappointment
