Great hotel, great value, great location
Pros:

The whole experience was excellent, and the staff attentive. Great location, huge room, good bar. We have special praise for Sarah, Niya and Maki who made everything nice and easy whilst dealing with all our needs.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe coffee making in the room but it was not a big issue as there is a coffee point on each floor in the corridor. Also the room was huge and it could have taken a chair to sit in so you don't have to sit on your bed. But again, not a big problem at all.

Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Lässiges Personal und lecker Frühstück

Cons:

Ein paar schimmelflecken in der Dusche müsste man hinnehmen. Aber für uns absolut kein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen 😜

Angenehm.
Pros:

Wir kehren immer wieder in das Ruby Hotel zurück. Wir mögen die Atmosphäre im Hotel und auf das Frühstück freuen wir uns wirklich. Außerdem die Lage des Hotels ist super. Parken ist sehr praktisch, man kann einfach ins Zentrum zu Fuß gehen oder auf Öffi umsteigen.

Great location but improvements to maintenance would be useful.
Pros:

Location and proximity to CAT, S-Bahn, good restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Attention to detail seems to have lapsed in housekeeping. I frequently stay at this place but this time, the soap dispenser at the sink failed, tv news channels have no signals and does not allow streaming or casting and the hot water facility for coffee and tea was not working. Would be useful for maintenance and housekeeping to improve on these.

המקום נהדר, חדר יפה, רק התבלבלתי וסיבך אותי בין רובי סופי לרובי מרדיאן, ונלחצתי מזה. אבל המקום די קרוב למרכז. ופשוט חדרים נעימים. תודה רבה לצוות המלון, עם הרבה סבלנות.
