Perfect for a one night stay, wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the town centre. The staff were excellent and really show what customer service looks like.
The room was cosy and had everything that was needed. The shower was unbelievable! Food and drinks service was perfect and the morning breakfast was just what was needed!

Pros:

Staff were welcoming & helpful. Food & drink were excellent. Room was clean & comfortable.
Weather was hot, so a fan had been put in the room which was a nice touch. Bridport is a lovely location. I'd recommend the Bull Inn if you're staying in the area.

We didn’t stay !!
Pros:

We were told that we had a refund but we are not sure that we actually received it !

Cons:

The manager was great but sadly we couldn’t stay as the room was hot and airless and we couldn’t open a window due to fire regulations!! There was no other room available so we had to leave !

Great Staff. Exceptionally well designed room, which retained character but provided modern facilities.

Cons:

We were on the second floor and it was hot at night in this exceptionally warm summer (but most places will be I guess).

Pros:

Perfect location, lovely friendly staff, amazing breakfast and beautiful room. We stayed in a snug room which was absolutely perfect for the night. A longer stay may require a larger room. We loved the garden area / courtyard too.

comfortable, refurbished rooms. good sized double bed and Tea and Coffee facilities.
Excellent breakfast

Cons:

clean room, but here and there around the hotel could do with a bit more cleaning/attention. (this is a minor thing though)

Perfect location for walking The Monarch's Way and exploring the area
Pros:

I'm reviewing this as backpackers walking The Monarch's Way, which runs through Bridport. Our requirements include a simple check in, hot showers, toiletries, a lovely dinner, very comfortable bed and a big breakfast. The Bull was perfect for all of this. Dinner and breakfast was superb. There's a nice courtyard at the back for a welcoming pint. A couple of doors down there's a lovely bakery with smashing bread and pasties. The Bull is on the main street and chemists etc are right there. I'd stay here for a nice leisurely trip as well; Bridport is a lovely centre for exploring this part of England. The Bridge hotel down the road is another excellent little hotel
