This is the only outdoor pool in the Principality of Andorra with thermal water, sourced from the main hot springs of Escaldes-Engordany. For this reason, we maintain a regulated temperature of 27-28°C.

Indefensión, indignación

La ubicación

Cons:

No atendieron nuestra petición de cambio de reserva dentro del periodo de modificación- cancelación de reserva de habitación.
Solicitamos dentro del periodo de modificación- cancelación de la reserva de habitación y en varias ocasiones el cambio de habitación de 3 a 2 huespedes y nos obligaron a abonar el importe de la reserva de una júnior-suite cuando solicitamos una habitación doble en periodo de modificación- cancelación de la habitación, obiando nuestra petición y derivadonos a Booking directamente.
Cada vez que contactamos con Booking nos indicaban que contactaramos directamente con el hotel y así sucesivamente en reiteradas ocasiones una semana antes de disfrutar de dicha salida.

Buena ubicacion, y buen precio
Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta, fuera del centro pero a minutos andando de la calle principal y de tiendas, el aparcamiento esta bien, pero no es gratuito.

Cons:

la calefaccion no la puedes controlar pero se estaba bien, la television apenas tiene canales que ver se puede mejorar.

Pros:

Hotel amb apartaments, molt cèntric. L´apartament espaiós, amb una cuina petita però completa. Llit extragran, molt còmode. Amb possibilitat d´esmorzar al restaurant. Facilitat per accedir al parking de l´hotel.

Alojamiento suficiente para un puente
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena a 5 minutos andando de Caldea y de la calle comercial de Andorra. Aparthotel con lo necesario para poner desayunar o cocinar algo sencillo. El colchón bien. El apartamento nuestro estaba sin reformar con suelos de terrazo y la bañera repintada, pero muy limpio sin objeciones.

Cons:

Llegamos a la 1 y media , ponía parking completo pero delante de mi dieron plazas de parking al hacer check in. Pregunté como así si en la web pone q no se reserva, ni siquiera de un día para otro estando ya alojados. La respuesta fue que esos clientes eran "VIP". No quise discutir pero no creo q el hotel sea de semejante categoría como para alojar a gente VIP, muy feo que para algunos no sé se qué manera se pueda conseguir reserva y para otros llegar y tener que buscarse la vida. Las normas deberían ser para todos los clientes.
Por otra parte, el dormitorio del apartamento no tenía ventana así q no pudimos ventilar adecuadamente en los 3 días que estuvimos. Tampoco puerta sino una cortina. Y las almohadas supletorias muy deficientes.
