Fue una desagradable experiencia, el lugar no es para nada lo que parece en fotos ni lo que ofrece en la página, pésima atención.

Cons:

Al momento de hacer la reservación decía que la entrada era a las 3:00 pm y me entregaron la habitación a las 5:20. No estaba lista, además de hacerme esperar al entrar no tenía aire acondicionado y adaptaron un abanico de piso que cuando se encendía hacía corto con la luz de la habitación, iba y venía la luz, el baño olía demasiado a drenaje y pedí la cancelación por qué obviamente no cumplía con nada de lo que decía en la página y me la negaron, me hospedé en otro hotel y con las prisas se me olvidó una de las maletas por qué ya era tarde y solo quería llegar a descansar a otro hotel, me regresaron mi maleta pero me dijeron que había echo uso del hotel solo por olvidar mi maleta, yo les marqué ese mismo día para decirles y me dijeron que la dejarían en recepción para recogerla y no fue así, tengo muchos años reservando por medio de esta plataforma y jamás había pasado por algo similar.

Si no vas con auto no es para ti, está muy lejos del centro

Cons:

Sus colchones de las camas, demasiado viejos, muy incómodo para dormir, solita cambio de habitación por este motivo, muy amables si me dieron otra habitación pero en colchón estaba solo un poco mejor, no puedo decir que era confortable

No me gustó el menú de los alimentos
Pros:

Es un lugar relajante por tanta vegetación, bonita arquitectura y personal muy amable.

Cons:

No tiene muchos lugares de estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y dejamos el vehículo fuera,
Tardaron un poco en realizar el check in, no pude comunicarme vía telefónica porque mencionan que tenían bloqueado el teléfono y los alimentos del menú
