Location and amenities. Staff were so friendly and helpful!

Cons:

I originally booked a room with a King bed and received a handicapped room with two doubles. Apparently somewhere along the time booked and getting there our reservation was changed. They gave me a discount for our stay, we may it work.

Our shower in the bathroom did seem to clog while showering often.

Bad location and not a 3 star
Pros:

Unfortunately nothing we were booked in for 3 nights but left after
Staff were friendly and helpful

Not sure how this is a 3 star compared to

Location on busy noisy freeway in a scruffy area
Room was clean but smelt musty
Breakfast was not good and served on paper plates and plastic knives and forks
We expected some nice outdoor seating as per photos on website but in car park area and tiny and noisy overlooking a petrol

Western Twist
Pros:

The beds were super nice and the place was very clean. The front desk guy and girl went out of their way to help me with a wake up call and shuttle from the airport and bus station! The lobby had amazing Western art and an early century buggy. The exquisite breakfast was ready by 3 AM. A very cordial guy drove me to the bus station at 3:45 AM.

Cons:

The guy that picked me up in the shuttle bus had pink and black nails. Another guy waiting around at the place had eyelashes on. The hotel was about 60 dollars over the place I usually stay- mid-range for Billings at 160. The TV was difficult to watch and I gave up on learning how.

perfect for us
Pros:

Greetings sent prior and after stay were welcoming. Location, restaurant across the parking lot, coffee shop and gas station all within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Medical rate was nice. Nice recliner. We were there for a medical appointment. Arrived evening and had to check out by 5 AM, grab and go breakfast was already available. Visited with five employees during that brief time. Amazing, pleasant encounter with each one. Great hiring choices or training, but we will return.

Fantastic local hotel
Pros:

I love staying here! Great location. Fantastic staff and customer service. The breakfast spread is amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Billings!

Not what I expected based on description on Trip Advisor.
Pros:

The room was much smaller than I was lead to believe based on the adds presented on Trip Advisor and when I called to make a reservation and was quoted $155. When I mentioned the $120 price quoted on line I was told that was the agricultural discount which we did not qualify for.

There was limited space to store and work with my photographic equipment.

It is hard to believe this is the number one rated hotel in Billings, Montana on Trip Advisor.

Excellent!
Pros:

Boothill Inn is located within easy driving distance of shopping, restaurants, and hospitals. The staff is very professional and friendly, ready to accommodate any need you have. The room was exceptionally clean!!! it offers all the amenities you would want! This is my new go to hotel when I travel to Billings, Montana.

We had stayed at Boothill Inn in the past, will continue do so and consider it a pleasure.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Shuttle service was outstanding and went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent with a nice setup and great variety.

Cons:

Window covering needed a darkened layer for outside lights all night long and very early morning light.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The hot tub jets were barely working. We just arrived and had to move rooms because of the bathroom had a leak and the guy below was having a fit the ceiling was leaking. Didn't get any compensation for our hassle of loading back up and switching rooms. Could also hear traffic all night long.
