Location, room size, appliances in room, columbian coffee packs in room, overall cleanliness & helpful staff. Great location with local historical landmark, walking trail and gas station all within walking distance.
This will be more or less of a nitpick but the room did not have disposable plates. We get disposable cups, but it would be nice to also get some plates, even a low amount.
location good, away from downtown, room is standard
bed was rather hard, very stiff ...wish hotels would switch to Purple beds, very supportive without being hot.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. They allow us to park for flights out and have a wonderful airport shuttle person
Had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay on our road trip. Clean comfortable room. great blackout blind. good breakfast. applebees just across parking lot. good access to I90 for our onward trip to little bighorn

The elevator was small
I liked the breakfast. The reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a very congested traffic area. Unless you are attending an event at the First Interstate Arena (which is across the street); there is not much to walk to in the way of restaurants, etc .
The pictures make the hotel look nicer and larger than it actually is.

Road noise in front room very loud. Pet fee of $50. I think that should show on booking.com. That's not very pet friendly
The location was exactly what we needed. And the facilities were very nice but not exceptional. The breakfast room is a little small for the size of the facility, but it was very well maintained.
We tried to split the bill between two credit cards. This was in early June. It turned out that one of us got billed for half of our stay. The other one got billed for the entire stay. That's okay, mistakes happen. She called and got the bill credited. But then the next month the entire bill came back again. It is now August and we're still trying to get it straightened out.
