Cons:

They over charged my card next day a extra 102$ said it was a accident that it would be refunded. Still has not gone back to my card. Waiting for refund. The room was suppose to have game console for kids. According to booking .com site no game console as well. When you travel with teens and you pay extra for a certain room you expect it to be what it's advertised and not to be overcharged.

Ideal for those needing airport shuttle.
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, great shower and really good bed, but with annoying small square pillows- who came up with that concept? The breakfast was ok, but as usual in many hotels, the hot food was pork-based, no good for those who avoid pork for religious or health reasons. The oats were very good, however, so we did not go hungry. The check-in staff were excellent; however, we found some of the front-line staff failed to greet you as you entered the building or walked past reception; they just looked at you but did not acknowledge you. I found this odd, compared to a number of other places we stayed. This could be improved. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and approachable.
Tea and coffee were available on the ground floor, if you felt like a cuppa, and just behind the hotel was a good Chinese restaurant. Nice and close to the airport, with a very nice female shuttle driver. We left at 5 am, and it was not an issue, apparently we were not the first shuttle users that morning!
Yes, we would stay here again

Pros:

Location was convenient, pool and breakfast were just fine. Room was able to hold a family of 7 which was very helpful for a single night road trip stay. Staff were helpful with any questions we had. Would choose to stay here again!
