UNA VERGÜENZA, NO ES UN HOTEL

Que está cerca del estadio AKRON, pero nada más, el resto es un desastre.

Cons:

No es un hotel, es un espacio de un garaje o similar con habitaciones hechas de yeso de mala calidad. Para llegar a las suites desde la recepción hay que caminar durante 5 minutos por estacionamientos de otro edificio, pasar por puertas extrañas, entrar a otro hotel, una vergüenza.
El desayuno es lo que terminó de molestarnos, había que ir desde el edificio de las suites hasta el edificio principal y ahí pedir un ticket para ir a un local a unos 100mts a desayunar. Para tomar había únicamente agua de pelón y café, nada más. Para comer había dos o tres platos de comida mexicana, no había pan, sandwiches, nada!!! Había bananas sueltas y pedí una y me dijeron que tenía costo extra, vergonzoso. Pagamos casi USD 300 por cada noche en una pocilga, vergonzoso, deberían reembolsarme porque el servicio es paupérrimo. Lo más importante: NO ES UN HOTEL!!!!! Tengo pruebas fotográficas y de video; quedo atento a su respuesta.

Muy bien ubicado y cerca al estadio Akron

Cons:

Usaban mucho aromatizante en las zonas comunes, lo colores súper fuertes, el desayuno era limitado y el servicio no era el mejor, este no lo ofrecía el hotel sino un restaurante cerca. Las habitaciones están viejitas, pero realmente son cómodas y se descansa bien.

Poor room and building design, great friendly stuff who is overloaded with work..

Rooms are spacious, water pressure in shower is good.

The suits are on a separate building with no direct access, had to walk through another hotel lobby, (hotel fiesta) used the hotels elevator to go through the underground parking to get to a side street to get to the locked entrance of the building where the suits are, have to ring a door bell to be allow in and outside and if no one at front lobby we had to wait and wait, no handicap access at all, no elevator, no lamps or lights on nightstand or near bed, electrical outlets only in one side of the bed, no mirrors in room only in the bathroom, no towels in kitchen, no floor rug provided for outside the shower, extremely short staff, light filters through window and under door.
