Para resaltar la atención de las chicas y los chicos de recepción, prestan un buen servicio, son amables y buen parche. Solucionan ante cualquier problema.
Buena ubicación para ir al estadio Akron. Hay zona de comida al lado del hotel. Es relativamente cerca al centro de la Ciudad.

Que las suites quedaran por otra entrada que se nos hizo peligrosa siendo mujeres. Yo no las contrate, pero mis amigas si y les daba miedo caminar a la entrada de las suites

Hotel muy viejo sin mantenimiento y horrible desayuno

La habitacion 502 no sirve el aire acondicionado, habjtación 602 sucia habia un isopo en la regadera que nunca quitaron y podria jurar que sigue ahi.

Recipiente de shampoo en la regadera sin acceso por que no tenía, habitación 602 con la cadena de la persiana sobre el escritorio que no arreglaron durante mi estancia.

La señorita que sirve el desayuno es super grosera y despota, un refresco de lata te cuesta 50 pesos.

En general todo el hotel esta sin mantenimiento.
