Uma estadia excelente: recomendo
Pros:

A localização é excelente, viável para realizar vários passeios a pé e também próximo ao metrô. Me senti segura nos arredores. O diferencial do hotel é o café e a água de cortesia, disponíveis 24h. O custo-benefício para localização em Manhattan foi muito bom. O pessoal da recepção e limpeza são amigáveis. São flexíveis quanto ao horário e nos permitiram entrar no quarto antecipadamente. Também guardamos nossas bagagens gratuitamente após o check out. Ou seja, tudo o que um turista necessita em NYC, o Orchard Street Hotel oferece. Obs.: a acomodação também estava limpa e era confortável.

Posizione eccellente, stanze panoramiche e ben illuminate. Caffetteria e acqua disponibili gratuitamente, a qualsiasi ora. Receptionist gentili e disponibili sebbene la struttura abbia carenze strutturali/planimetriche.

Cons:

10 minuti di attesa per avere l’acqua calda in doccia: inaccettabile nel 2026. Prese della corrente scarse o in posizioni scomode: in bagno, dovendo lasciare il telefono in carica nel lavandino o sulla minuscola mensola sopra il water col filo sospeso sul lavandino, oppure ai piedi del letto, stretta tra muro e materasso. Aria condizionata assente in camera, forse centralizzata ma spenta; ho avuto freddo per 2 notti.

Pros:

Location is EXCELLENT. If you like to travel and not feel like a tourist the lower east side is a great spot. I lived in NYC for over a decade but now live in LA and I always stay in this part of town.

The location of the hotel is perfect. F train right around the corner which gets you easily all over the city with ease. Too many great spots to eat, drink, shop, nails etc is right outside the property.

The rooms are TINY but it’s ideal for a shorter stay and if you are traveling solo. Two people in these rooms would be a stretch. But the location is so amazing you will only need to sleep and shower and you are out the door.

They have a space on the second floor which bid great to work or take a call but I wish they would have gone the extra mile and actually invested more resources to decorate/design the space.

Cons:

Second floor space and back coffee area feel
Like an after thought. Great spaces but looks like they ran out of money and left it as is.

Bon rapport qualité/prix et très bien placé, proche de plusieurs stations de métro.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé.
Le café et l’eau sont à disposition 24/7.

Cons:

Le bruit dans les couloirs la nuit (les portes qui claquent et les clients qui parlent très forts).
La clim ne fonctionnait pas (après avoir demandé à l’accueil, on nous a dit que c’était normal et d’ouvrir la fenêtre).
