Great value, great location and friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

A great location, just 7 mins walk to Place de Armas, cathedral, monastery etc. Very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast on the terrace. We enjoyed the rooftop view of the sun setting over the mountains. Very good value for money. Tea making facilities in the downstairs lobby and filtered water available free of charge.

Cons:

Our room had a view of a white wall, but if you looked to the side you could just see the city and mountain. Also, the room under us had an outside sitting area and we could hear every word when they were sitting out or had their doors open.

Ubicación ideal y a un precio razonable.
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, cerca a todo. El personal es super atento y muy amable, nos facilitaron todo.

Cons:

El desayuno es poco variado, solo desayuno americano sin ninguna opción local o alimentos bajos en azúcar, todo tenía mucha azúcar.

Quiet, comfortable, well-located stay with the most incredible views from the terrace
Pros:

Fantastic location. Clean, simple and comfortable room. Great breakfast with STUNNING views of the snowcapped volcanoes.

breakfast was great and loved eating on the terrace with views of the mountain. The room was exceedingly clean - the woman cleaning the room cleaned to a level I rarely see.

Cons:

Room was a bit small, but did not spend much time in it.

A fabulous stay in a beautiful town
Pros:

The location, right in the middle of the historic old town was ideal. The property was exceptionally clean, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on the roof terrace, with the stunning views over to the volcanos was very special. I loved staying here. My favourite hostel during 3 weeks backpacking in Peru.
