I won't come back.
Cons:

I had to switch rooms because mine hadn’t been cleaned. Then, in the new room, there was no hot water in the shower. It was a terrible experience after a long day at work.

When stopping in Melville
Pros:

Clean. Good beds. Microwave and fridge. Coffee maker. Cleared parking lot.

Cons:

A bit cold in the breakfast room. Would have loved some hot options besides pancakes and toast. Maybe some meat.

Pros:

The room was very large and clean, the facilities were obviously well cared for.

Cons:

The room was set to 56 degrees so it was VERY cool and took a while to warm up to 64 which was still cool but more manageable with a newborn

Very clean and super friendly staff.
Pros:

Happy the rooms were all on the same floor and it worked good to have the one room above the breakfast room. That's where we all gathered. Really appreciated the 2pm check-in and 12noon check-out,

Cons:

The hot tub still being out of order. Very nice to have when playing sports!! Breakfast food was decent but the orange and apple juice are watered down and taste horrible. I believe I made the same comment last year,

Pros:

Clean, bed was comfortable, we had the king spa-tub room. It was a nice size and water ran good. Location was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great.. No hot options, they had pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches that were really greasy and not good. The only other option for protein was bagged hard boiled eggs. Had a fancy coffee machine but the latte option only dispensed hot milk mixed with water. Switched to plain coffee out of the same machine, it was actually pretty good.

Pros:

How close it was to what I was in Melville for

Cons:

The Breakdast is shouldn't even be called breakfast because it's stale breakfast sandwiches that are cold and are still not tasty after only having a microwave to warm the u. The building needs updated. You can hear everything going on when people are walking buy or parking or even cooking in their own rooms.

Cons:

Your breakfast did not have anything hot other than the waffle. There were no egg sandwiches or hard boiled eggs. There was a lack of variety in the bread and the coffee machine only dispenses French vanilla or Hot chocolate and no regular coffee.
