L'emplacement/ la proximité entre la piscine et la plage.
La taille de l'hébergement.

Cons:

Le personnel fait acte de.présence sans plus. Vous avez l'impression de les déranger. Le petit déjeuner très limité. Hors saison (octobre) spa massages, attractions etc. Fermés.
Hôtel vieux chambres vieilles équipements vieux, la F1 à très peu de pression à la douche et les petites bestioles sont très "attachantes"
Impossible de marcher tranquillement avec des enfants car il y a des scooters absolument partout!

The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff. They were always friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Our experience was far below expectations.

Despite being advertised as located in Sairee Beach, the hotel’s location is extremely inconvenient. Getting to the main area requires going up and down two very steep hills, making walking there exhausting and impractical.

The hotel feels like it has been completely forgotten over time. Everything looks extremely outdated, as if the property was built years ago and never properly maintained or renovated.

Several areas are covered in rust, creating potential safety hazards. The swimming pool also has broken tiles with sharp edges, which could easily cause injuries.

The breakfast was very disappointing, with poor quality food and limited options. On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant sewage smell near our room.

It’s a shame because the property has potential, but the lack of maintenance, outdated facilities and overall poor condition made our stay very disappointing.

We would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, da man fußläufig alles super erreichen konnte. Auch der Strand war direkt vor der Tür. Unsere Wc Spülung und die Klimaanlage funktionierten nicht. Kaum das wir es gemeldet hatten, kam jemand und es wurde behoben. Bett und Unterkunft war sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Alles schon etwas abgewohnt, aber wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist es voll ok

Pros:

Emplacement très pratique, près du port, la plage devant l’hôtel est très belle.
Hôtel confortable, chambre et salle de bain spacieuse. Grand balcon ! La piscine est très agréable également

Très belles chambres qui donnent directement sur une magnifique piscine.
Accès direct à une plage quasi privée.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas toujours très à l'écoute (par exemple, je leur ai demandé un sac plastique, ils ont refusé).
Cela manque d'un petit déjeuner.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Bereich am Ende des Strandes, der Pool ist schön groß und zum Schwimmen geeignet, man konnte einen Wäscheservice beauftragen

Cons:

Die Unterkunft bietet sehr wenig an, kein Club, keine Bar oder Restaurant, der Strand war verschmutzt, die Liegemöglichkeiten alt und unbequem, es gab weder Auflagen für Strand oder Balkon
