Very happy for overall services.
Pros:

Close to Hon-Atsugi station as it’s in a quieter area eventhough walking distance is around 10mins but it’s very convenient and safe.

In front of the hotel there’s a big supermarket where you can buy your three times meal if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant.

This is my second time spending the night at My STAYS hotel and I just love it.

Cons:

Bigger room than other business hotels with a very good price. Good amenities and services as well.

2人で泊まるはずなのに1人分しか用意されていなかった。
エアコンが壊れており室内は29°になりかけていたにも関わらず、部屋の交換の提案の代替え案が一切なく、扇風機の対応のみであった。最初は我慢したができなくなり返金を求めたが最初は断られ、渋々返金対応になったが、そもそもサービスを提供し、それで売上をたてているのにも関わらず、スタッフさんたちの対応はいかがなものかと考えさせられました。
大変申し訳ありませんでしたの言葉もなく、
最後は、ありがとうございました。と見送っていたが、どこに対しての感謝を表しており、場面に応じた言葉もかけられないのかと不快感すらあった。

安価なのでまあまあです。
Pros:

宿泊価格にしては満足感あり

Cons:

朝食を後付し料金はネット決済が済んでいたが、反映されてなく受付時に朝食券が付いてなかったし、ロビーの客が大声で喋っていたせいもあったがフロント者の声が全く聞こえないのでイラッとした。朝食のレストラン担当の女性の方とても親切に朝食券の対応していただきました。

三泊して良かったです。最高です。
Pros:

清潔感があって、朝食も美味しくてスタッフ対応も全て良かったんのでまた泊まりたいんです。紹介もしたいんで。

I wish I could stay one more night as the hotel is very convenient and close to the station.
Pros:

Very clean and very nice and professional front desk staff even I arrived very late at night the welcoming smile from the staff is make you feel relax.

もう、来年は違うところにしようと思いました。
Pros:

目的地からは近かったので便利でした。

Cons:

埃っぽく空気が悪かった。
