Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal ist überall freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Dame vom Frühstück die sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ist, über die Bedienungen im Restaurant bis hin zum Inhaber. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig,das Bett sehr bequem,das Bad modern, jedoch sehr klein.
Das Essen im Restaurant was super lecker, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend, für jeden was dabei, das Rührei war einfach mega.

Lohnt sich wirklich
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, hervorzuheben waren die breiten, sehr bequemen Betten. Insgesamt herrscht in diesem Hotel eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Restaurant
Pros:

Tolle Lage, supernettes Personal. Zimmer sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.

Ein schönes Hotel, mit sehr engagiertem Personal und einer sehr guten Küche.
Pros:

Nettes, freundliches Personal. Ein junger Chef, der sehr bemüht ist.
Moderne Bäder und gute Boxspringbetten.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, vor allem der Käsesalat und das selbstgebackene Brot.
Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Wir hatten gerade die Pfifferlingszeit. Auf den Punkt gegart und nicht zerkocht.

Der Ausblick, Frühstück,freundliches Personal Parkplatz beim Hotel, das Restaurant im Hotel. Hunde freundlich im ganzen Ort und im Hotel.

Cons:

Das in Masserberg kaum Geschäfte gibt, die Bürgersteige schon zur Sandmannzeit hochgeklappt werden. Wir haben noch nie so kurze Öffnungszeiten in einer Kur Stadt erlebt . Frage mich, mit welchenr Berechtigung hier Kurtaxe genommen wird. Wegen jeder Kleinigkeit muss man weit fahren. Zimmer hätte gerne etwas größer sein können. Für zwei Personen mit Hund war es etwas eng, gut das wir nur einen Kleinen Hund haben.
