Please note that the front desk and the cleaning service are not available on Sundays nor holidays.

Complimentary continental breakfast (coffee, toast, cereal and juice) is included with your rate from Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

American breakfast is available at an additional cost of 8 USD.

Policy group: Reservations with more of 4 rooms will apply a group policy condition, 50% of deposit will be request immediately booked, and three day before the arrival most be full paid.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

La atencion del personal es increible.
El hotel es una bella casona con cuartos de buen tamaño, el restaurante aunque rico es muy limitado.

Cons:

las habitaciones que no estan en la casona podrian ser mejoradas un poco. reserve 3 suites y una estaba muy por debajo de lo esperado.

Die Lage ist super, die Anlage ist soo schön und so ruhig dafür dass es so zentral liegt. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet, das war eine der wenigen Orten wo es in echt besser ist als auf den Bildern. Kann ich nur zur 1000% weiter empfehlen, gerne wieder.

Absolutely Wonderful!!
Pros:

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hacienda Peña Pobre. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like staying at a beautiful European estate than a hotel. The grounds are absolutely pristine, the entire property is spotless, and every detail has been thoughtfully cared for.

The rooms are beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are wonderful, the sheets feel high-end, and the pillows are so cozy that we slept better here than we do at home.

What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone has been warm, kind, and welcoming, but Antonio at the front desk deserves special recognition. He has gone far above and beyond for our family during a very difficult time while our son has been in the hospital nearby. Antonio has treated us like family and has shown us such kindness, compassion, and support. We will never forget how much that meant to us.

The location is also excellent. There are several great restaurants nearby, and a huge three-story mall within walking distance, which made it easy to get out, take a walk, and have a change of scenery.

We give Hacienda Peña Pobre our very highest recommendation. It is a beautiful, peaceful, and comforting place to stay, with exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
