Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the marina to catch the ferry to the islands.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us. Travelled as a family with adult children and their partners. Lovely to have a place to accommodate all of us together instead of separate hotel rooms. The apartment was spacious with generous sized rooms, plenty of space for 6.

Would stay again!
Pros:

The two bedroom apartment and location was excellent, right across from Port Denarau so easy access to restaurants, shops and ferries to the outer islands. The pool was lovely, staff were excellent and we had a great stay.

Cons:

The showers weren’t overly clean and there were a few things that didn’t work, e.g. one room the dryer didn’t work but the staff were very obliging

Very nice stay with family great location
Pros:

Location was brilliant 4 to 5 minutes walk to restaurants shopping and to catch ferry to Islands certainly ideal spot.

Apart from noise all was great
Pros:

Its very clean and was close to the event venue we attended

Cons:

Our room was next to your cleaning staff section so it was too noisy. Room 3102. Next time will not like to take up that room

Pros:

We booked a two bedroom apartment as our adult daughter was travelling with us. It was lovely and spacious and had everything we could need. Having the port/shopping centre straight across the road was handy.

Pros:

Spacious accommodation with everything you need including washing machine, drier and dishwasher. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable. Staff in the cafe/coffee shop are so friendly and helpful. We could use the facilities (swimming pool) the next day after we checked out as we had a wait until our flight.

Cons:

Floors not very clean in the apartment.. It's a little noisy by the road sometimes. Quite expensive but the area is in general anyway here.

Absolutely loved our stay and are ready to re-book for the same time next year
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, helpful an courteous. The rooms were very well appointed with all extras in kitchen and very clean. The general property areas were immaculate, bathrooms, pools etc
Two people stood out with their impeccable service were 'Wise'on reception and in the water aerobics and 'Peni' for his exceptional personality in the pool and restaurant areas and customer interaction. The other ladies on reception were also amazing.
