床、枕頭都很好睡，一夜好眠。

Cons:

21：30至22：00左右接電話的某一女性服務員不適合第一線接觸有疑問的旅客（最後由另一位接手才解決問題）。
實話實說：整體櫃檯應對，高傲多於親切，稱不上專業。
