The best thing about the property is the location. Its situated very close to Karol Bagh metro and in a very quiet neighbourhood even though there is a busy market near by. The hotel was peaceful. The food in the hotel was also good and the service was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful to accomodate any needs.

Cons:

As a personal preference, the bed wasn't very firm so it led to back pains for me. But, its not necessarily anyone's fault.
