Generally comfortable stay with warm hospitality
Pros:

Located in a convenient spot near to amenities and restaurants. The owner was warm and welcoming, and made arrangements about my requests for early check in. Toiletries were provided adequately and the bed was comfortable. Lake view from room was lovely.

Cons:

As it is located in the busy area, do expect some noises. Some smoke/ drainage smell but it went away after the ventilation in toilet was turned on.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Great hospitality, breakfast and location.
Staff were very kind (not one specific person but everyone was so nice). Breakfast was so good to choose from options. Location was center of the city and view from the room was nice too.
The owner helped to book chartered driver. When we came back from a day tour, there was a set of fruit provided by the hotel, which made our day.

Cons:

Not much. Maybe lack of fridge and humidity in the room. But overall we are so satisfied by the service

Хорошее расположение, прекрасный персонал. Угостили чаем, печеньками, манго, всегда приветливые.
Предоставляют шампунь, гель для душа, зубную щётку.
Можно оплатить картой, QR, наличными.
На кровате есть электроодеяло.
Вид на озеро.

Cons:

Состояние номера - уже требует ремонта.
Нет возможности отказаться от уборки (табличек не беспокоить). Заходят в номер в любое время, когда Вас нет, даже в день заезда. Зашли, чтобы открыть окно, хотя нам это было не нужно.
Окно до конца не закрывается. Остаётся пространство примерно 1см.

If you are in Sapa go to the Sapa Lake View hotel!
Pros:

The room is good with a beautiful view overlooking the lake.
We liked the breakfast very much.
What we liked the most was the staff, they were extremely helpful. Even a ride to our bus in the morning. Thanks again.

Pros:

The woman at the the reception was friendly and helped us with the late check in.

Cons:

The room was old, smelled unpleasant, and definitely needed renovation.
The bathroom was rusty and not nice at all.
The pictures didn’t match the actual room.
There was no room service, and the room was only cleaned after we asked for it.

We like the location and the room. For its price. It more than what we expected. It really exceeds our expectations. The price is not that expensive for 3 pax and already with free breakfast. We also love the bread in our breakfast!!

incredible staff, and lovely lake views
Pros:

The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. It created a lovely atmosphere and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The location is excellent — central enough to walk everywhere but still peaceful.

The views from the hotel are gorgeous. From our room window we looked straight out over the lake, which was especially beautiful in the morning and evening when the mist rolled in over the water.

Rooms were cleaned every day and always kept tidy.

Breakfast was included each morning and offered a good selection to start the day.

There is also a full restaurant at the hotel with a varied food and drinks menu, which was convenient after long days exploring.

The hotel also has lift access to the upper floors, which makes moving luggage much easier.
Wifi is excellent

Les propriétaires sont hyper gentils, très à l'écoute et très serviables..Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le lac mais dommage beaucoup de brouillard... Nous avons super bien mangé au restaurant le soir...Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux... Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel familial
