The hotel is in a beautiful location, the outdoor terrace is gorgeous for dinner but the rooms need updating.

The staff were fantastic and so helpful.

Cons:

Our room was very dated, the bathroom was very small and the shower gel dispenser broke twice.

Las vistas increíbles! Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. La piscina cubierta espectacular y el restaurante me encantó, todo super rico. Una experiencia única cenar viendo el atardecer.

chill out and relaxing stay great location
Pros:

good breakfast but could do with a bigger variety of fruits cereals. available till 10am if you got there for 9.45 barely any hot food left as not stocked up
Views were superb Sunset

Cons:

No hair washing products in the room, rooms looked tired, we weren't told about visitor pass for cable cars, museums etc till the second day.

Flecken an den Wänden, abgeschabte Wandkekanten, konkret in unserem Zimmer eine tote, vertrocknete Fliege an der Decke, ein staubiger Bezug am Kopfende des Bettes, das Hotel braucht einfach ein Upgrade.

Das Frühstück war super! Die Lage sehr schön mit Blick auf den See. Mit Hund ideal. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Teppiche im Flur sollten dringendst ersetzt werden! Voll Flecken! Sehr schade...
