Staff cordiale, reception aperta 24/24
Colazione abbondante e pulizie giornaliere.
È praticamente la depandance dell'hotel accanto più vicino ma c'è tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Io avevo una singola al piano terra con un po' di rumori il mattino, ma nulla di esagerato.

Кормили отлично. Все очень добрые и внимательные.
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение. Прекрасный балкон с видом на зелень.
Рядом есть кафешки есть где погулять. Все в пешей доступности🙂

Cons:

Нет лифта.
Мы были с двумя большими чемоданами и пришлось просить парня отнести наши чемоданы на верх.

Pros:

Nice rooms ,lot's off restaurants in the neighborhood. Vry good breakfast , they even celebrated me on my birthday with cake and a song.

Cons:

The neighborhood is a bit noicy at night.

Bad experience
Cons:

We arrived to the hotel and in front there was a free parking, but there was there a old man screaming to pay the park. When we ask to the hotel they replied to pay… it’s normal in Armenia. Then when we arrived in the room we discovered to have done for mistake 2 reservation. The manager of the hotel deny the cancellation of one room and it was not possible to talk with because was busy… yes to take the money from the second reservation without talk with us. I think that of course we have not right but at least talk with us. It’ was so clear that was a mistake. The behaviour with the customer is so rude and so unfair. It’s sure that this is not how to manage customer service. I was really surprised about the manager’s lack of comprehension, because the hotel was not full and I know because I was there and I checked this info, and that’s why I requested the free cancellation even if it was out of time.

Good location but uncomfortable
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location and breakfast were great.

Cons:

My room was on the ground floor and the walls were not soundproof so in the morning I woke up with every little noise from guests walking or chatting and even late at night, I couldn’t sleep because of the notification sound of the reception cellphone! Also, the toilet was sticky.

スタッフの方がとても親切
朝食はお隣のホテル（ちょっとランク上の姉妹ホテルのようです）で豪華なビュッフェだった
部屋にはケトル、ドライヤーはある（冷蔵庫はなかった）
掃除も毎日してくれる

メイン通りに近いが静か
遅くまで開いているオシャレなカフェやレストランアが近くにたくさんある

Cons:

アルメニアの物価を考えると...コスパとしてはよくない

このホテルの中では安い部屋を予約していたので仕方ないのかもしれないが、一階のレセプション近くの部屋だったので人が話しているととても響く（一度静かにしてくださいと言った）
