Accommodating front desk attendant. Easy check in /out. Reliable internet in room.
Room service was slow ( visited over the Memmorial weekend) Clean towels was left but dirty ones were not removed. NO microwave was available. Internet did not connect automatically on reentry into the hotel.

staff was great and super friendly. location was just what I needed. room was clean and comfortable.
couple minor things: the tv guide situation - while not overly important - was confusing. it would be helpful to have a channel document or something because just flipping through was not very intuitive. the frosted glass bathroom wall was a bit weird, especially traveling with family. there's something kind of creepy seeing your family members taking a shower, even if it's only their shapes.
Breakfast was plentiful, fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, pastries, waffle maker, etc.
The staff is amazing. Josef is just glorious in the way he treats you. Location is perfect for what we needed
Don’t really have any complaints.
It's walking distance to Industry City and Greenwood Cemetery. There are really great restaurants in the area as well, like Yafa. The property is clean, quiet, and offers plenty of space. The staff are incredible and treat you like a friend, especially Youcef and Josh.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location was convenient and the atmosphere was great. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Youcef at the front desk who made our stay truly memorable.
Everything was great. No complaints at all.
Staff is warm, friendly and helpful.
