Wyndham Garden Brooklyn Sunset Park

I was preparing a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and from the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I needed some help setting up the room, and Elias, the engineer on site, went above and beyond to make sure everything came together smoothly. The setup took much longer than I expected, but his patience and great conversation made the time fly by.

Beyond Elias, the entire staff was incredibly efficient and welcoming throughout my stay. They made me feel like my time and effort mattered, which made an already special occasion even more memorable. Thank you all for helping make my girlfriend's birthday surprise a success!

First, the positive side of our stay: this was due to the hotel’s reception staff, who were consistently friendly and attentive toward us, regardless of their shift. The housekeeping team was also very kind and accommodating. We would like to take this opportunity to once again send our regards to the entire team.

Am not normally one for leaving a review but I felt I had to. We are a family of 6 currently staying here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Yusef at reception is so lovely and welcoming and remembers everyone’s name. Josh at the bar is great and also the night porter (sorry can’t remember his name). They are always smiling and welcoming. It’s a 5 minute walk to the subway which takes you straight into manhattan. Loads of shops & restaurants close by. Really enjoyed our stay here

Room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows, and clean.

The room,even though it was smallish, it was comfortable. The bed and pillows were good. There was a fridge and a coffee maker. The paid parking on the premises was a plus. The 36th and 4th train station was within a few minutes' walk. The Mexican food around the hotel was yummy. It was close to Sunset Park. A shoutout to Youcef at the reception. He was very friendly and helpful. He always welcomes you with a big smile.

We stayed here for a trade show at Industry City. Super close walk to that location. Tons of great bodegas for food quick food options. But the highlight of our stay was Youcef behind the desk. He knew us by name and welcomed us back every evening with the brightest smile and genuine interest in how our day went and was sure to point us in the right direction for something to eat. Youcef, you’re a true gem and Wyndham is so lucky to have you representing their hotel.

Amazing location - 3 blocks to the subway, heaps of restaurants and shops right nearby. Staff were so lovely and helpful, felt safe and cared for :)

Clean location to concert venue

It’s clean and colorful but the staff are the best.
