Really clean comfortable room. Loved the pool.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise in the hallway between 12-1am disrupting our sleep, and we had a 4am waking. I would have thought an airport hotel would be quieter given travellers are getting up at different times.

Pros:

Staff was rude, and not cooperative at all.
We asked to talk to a manager, and she was worse. I think they need some more coaching on management and serving customers with respect. She actually hung up and we were very respectful and calm and interacting with her in a very calm way.
She refused to own up to their mistakes and hung up. !!
