Property is good, located near airport and has free airport rides. The swimming pool was 2/5 as it didn’t look clean and also there was some weird noise from the exhausts.
They did not even provide a dental kit or shaving kit. There is a charge for everything which should be complimentary. They want physical credit card for payment and tap did not works for booking amount.
Staff were very helpful. Room was a great size and the bed was super comfortable.

Despite calling the hotel in advance to say we were on our way and would require a hotel shuttle, the hotel cancelled our booking and gave our room to other people. We arrived at 11:30 pm from the airport and had to find a new hotel room at midnight. This was really poor customer service.
We have stayed at this hotel several times for it’s great staff, cleanliness, convenient location and has an onsite restaurant

The coffee maker as not working properly the coffee pods would fall out easily had to try a couple of times to make coffee.Noisy doors when closed
