Pros:

Ulaşım çok rahat, İzban'dan inip otele giriyorsunuz. Etrafında gezebileceğiniz yerler de var, alışveriş ve zaman geçirmek için de donatı fazla. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, ne isterseniz yapmak için gayret ediyorlar. Ben çok geç saatte mutfak neredeyse kapandığında varmıştım, ve istediğim yemeği getirdiler, gayet lezzetliydi, ertesi gün yemeğimi yine burada yedim. Kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi, brunch gibi, uzun bir kahvaltı yapmak için ideal.

Resepsiyon ekibi mükemmeldi. Güleryüz ve güven, ve yardımcılık vardı. Bagaj personelce hemen antrede arabaya alındı. Bizden sonra odaya getirildi. Odanın balkon ve manzara harika idi. Orada oturmak dinlendirici geldi. Klima fonksiyonu mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı büfesi ortalama olsa da petek bal, süt kaymağı ve doğal portakal suyu artı yazdı.

Cons:

Asansör schindler olmasına rağmen gürültülü, sallantılı ve yavaş. Banyodaki küveti duş teknesi olarak kullanmak zorundasınız ve tube çok dar ve tabanı eğimli; ayakta zor duruluyor. Otel girişi yeterince aydınlatılmıyor; loş. Açık otoparktan lobiye yürüme mesafesi uzun; bagajınızı taşımak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ve bu açık otopark küçük ve sıkışık; yoğun oluyordu. Evcil hayvan ücretli konaklıyor ve hiçbir hizmet almıyor; açık alanlardan yasaklı; bu iyi değildi.

Pros:

I stay at Hilton Garden Inn İzmir Bayraklı regularly, usually 6–7 nights every month, and it has become my favorite hotel in İzmir. What makes the difference is the staff. The reception team is always welcoming, helpful, respectful, and genuinely friendly. The hotel is consistently clean and well organized, breakfast is good, and the restaurant staff are professional and attentive. The location is convenient, and many rooms have a beautiful sea view.

Cons:

Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Meer verwacht voor deze prijs in izmir-turkije. Bij aankomst om 14:30 1 vd kamers niet gereed. Kregen daardoor 1 kamer op de 3e en de ander op de 7e.. kids moesten dus 4 verdiepingen verder slapen.
Geen artikelen in de badkamer, ondermom van mileu.

Pros:

I stayed at the hotel last year.
They tried to charge for breakfast under the pretext that the hotel's system is not unified. They embarrass the customer.

My room wasn't cleaned for 2 days and to justify the disappointing service they argue that there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Terrible hotel. Terrible service. Terrible after-sales service. 5-star hotel price. Obviously I do not recommend it.

Pros:

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights with my family, and it continues to be my first choice whenever I visit İzmir. Every time we come here, we are welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. All staff members, regardless of their department, are incredibly polite and helpful. I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of them. Special thanks to Mr. Ihsan and his amazing team. They have truly raised the bar to a Champions League level. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting İzmir. We are already looking forward to our next stay.
