Pros:

We’re responsive to my handicapped requests. The oriental lady from the kitchen took time out to help me get breakfast items. A true gem. Cared about handicapped. She deserves a raise. So compassionate. Wish I could remember her name. Hispanic security guard was extremely nice. Great breakfast

Cons:

The facilities had no hot water, and we weren't notified. They said the problem would be fixed in a few minutes, but it never was. When we left the next day, there was still no hot water. I also tried to speak to the manager, but they don't have one available on weekends. The front desk employee was quite understanding about the problem.
