Hôtel fonctionnel mais sans charme particulier
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement, la taille de la chambre, le balcon.

Cons:

La piscine est laissée à l’abandon, l’hôtel n’a pas de charme particulier mais fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était très cher. L’hôtel est un peu cher pour la prestation.

Zeer ruime kamers
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamers, tof zwembad op het dakterras.

Cons:

Initieel moesten we water betalen dat we drinken bij het ontbijt (ik drink geen koffie, thee of fruitsap), dus dat was raar. Achteraf is dit rechtgezet geweest. Het ging niet over het geld, mr wel over het principe.

Fantastisk stay with kind people
Pros:

The hotel rooms were clean with nice rooftop swimming pool. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at hotel and staffs were friendly. Moreover, I hired one week 10 seater vehicle from Serene hotel which was the best decision I made. Our driver Wasantha was helpful and kind. Thanks to Dushantha and Wasantha for their fantastic work. I would highly recommend hotel for stay and hiring vehicle here. Keep up your good job.

A calm and nice hotel in the center of Kandy
Pros:

Wonderful staff and marvellous swimming pool. Food was also very Good.

The location is a bit remote what makes impossible to walk anywhere.

Uden for sæson, er det ikke prisen vær

Hotellet var rigtig fint, men manglede en del goder, da vi var der uden for sæson

Cons:

Morgen buffet blev udskiftet med tallerkenservering (ikke efter eget valg) så vi fik næsten ikke noget vi kunne li og spise

Topverblijf! Mooi hotel tegen een bergflank.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer voor 4.
Mooi hotel met rooftopzwembad.
We waren er bijna alleen te gast, dus kregen een menu bij diner, heel stijlvol. Idem ontbijt!
Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Aangezien we de enige gasten waren, was het personeel soms iets te attent en aanwezig maar dat is een detail.

Serene by name and nature
Pros:

A really calm, peaceful hotel with wonderful views across Kandy. A gorgeous infinity pool and decking area.

We were delayed by a day because one in our party was too ill to travel, and the hotel were very good about it and didn't charge for the missed night which we were very appreciative of.

Cons:

Unfortunately swimming in the pool was not permitted in the morning we were by the pool, for maintenance reasons. Nobody was doing any work so we were confused. The pool does need maintenance. A few missing tiles.

Chambre très confortable, personnelle au petit soins, nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Cons:

Le carrelage de la piscine manque d’entretien. Mon conjoint qui etait dans l’eau s’est fait une entaille au pied ce qui lui a causé un saignement.
