Ar condicional muito antigo e com problemas. Elevador antigo. Café da manhã com opções limitadas. Chave do quarto tinha que validar para abrir a porta, isso gerou um desconforto.

Ótimo local a baixo custo.
Pros:

O hotel fica em uma região bastante privilegiada, a uma quadra da Av. Beira Mar, onde há uma série de bares, restaurantes e a própria praia do centro da cidade.

Cons:

O hotel é um prédio pouco mais velho e simples, com pouco requinte no café da manhã e nos serviços. Mas isso não é um demérito, é simplesmente algo a se considerar.

Bom custo/benefício, excelente localização e bom café da manhã!
Pros:

Excelente localização! Funcionário muito gentis e solícitos. Café da manhã bom (me surpreendeu). Roupas de cama e banho branquinhos. Ar condicionado Split novinho. Chuveiro também novinho e dos bons.

Cons:

As instalações dos quartos e do hotel como um todo precisam de reforma. É tudo bem antigo e com marcas aparentes de desgastes nos pisos, pinturas, louças do banheiro etc.
