I stayed at this hotel and had a truly excellent experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by the receptionist, who was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our requests. We had asked for rooms on the upper floors, and our request was kindly accommodated.
The hotel has a charming colonial style, is clean, well maintained, and peaceful. It also offers convenient parking and is an excellent base for exploring Valladolid and the surrounding area.
A sincere thank you to the entire staff for their warm hospitality. If we return to Valladolid, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
L’hôtel a un bon positionnement prix. Il est situé à 2 km du centre et de la rue principale avec tous les restaurants et l’animation.
C’est une bonne base pour les visites
C’est un hôtel bien situé pour effectuer les visites, mais ce ce n’est pas un vrai quatre étoiles… il faut pas prévoir d’y rester pour en profiter pendant la journée
El hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones, que logran un espacio de confort adecuado. Además, la habitación que rentamos fue la suite y fue justo lo que esperábamos, al ser prácticamente un edificio de dos áreas para nosotros. El baño estaba excelente y los aires acondicionados funcionaron bien. Mi esposa y yo amamos la sala de estar y el detalle de que tuviera una capilla a un lado nos pareció hermoso.
Por una parte, el closet no está vestido, únicamente tiene un tubo de metal donde puedes colgar tu ropa, mismo que con dos camisas y un pantalón se calló. Además, el viaje lo hicimos en grupo y no me pareció adecuado que le dieran información de mi habitación a otros huéspedes con los que viajamos, ya que la reserva fue individual. Por último, el restaurante cierra antes de lo que se comprometen a cerrar. Llamé cuando faltaba media hora para el cierre y ya no quisieron atenderme para el servicio a la habitación, aunque en el cartel que tienen en el cuarto se comprometen a atender para dicho servicio en un horario determinado.
Piscine appréciable
Personnel au petit soin notamment Marcelino au petit déjeuner qui a été adorable avec notre fille, toujours souriant, merci à lui !!!
L’emplacement en dehors du centre nécessite toujours la voiture

Estaba bastante lejos del centro, 15 minutos en coche.
Las camas antiguas ( hay que cambiar el colchón) y sustituir la manta or nórdico ( la
Manta da imagen de antiguo). Se escuchaba todo, un autocar de gente que se iban del hotel, encendia el motor el motor a las 6 de la mañana durante 20 minutos y retumbaba en la habitación, la habitación de al lado se escuchaba todo… las paredes son súper finas y es imposible descansar.
Si volviera a Valladolid me alojaría en el
Centro que es precioso y tiene hoteles increíbles.

Un peu éloigné du centre.
Hotel grande, com estacionamento tranquilo. Muito calmo, com quarto espaçoso e de qualidade. Boa piscina e nada a mais do que isso. Pelo booking não existe café da manhã incluído mas em outras plataformas sim, o que foi uma desilusão.
Não gostei da temática do café da manhã apenas. Do restante, voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Chambres grandes et confortables. Calme. Propreté. Piscine agréable, parking facile dans l'hôtel. Situé en périphérie de la ville. Accès facile et rapide au centre en voiture-5 minutes (un peu loin à pied). Bon emplacement pour visiter valladolid et les environs.
