Why do the lights work from one switch rather than a targeted setting?

Proximity to the airport is brilliant. Staff friendly and bed comfy.

Basic need like bottle of water were not provided. Need to purchase separately where as many motel provides water as compliment. Also late check-in time.
This is a perfect hotel for airport arrivals and departures but its also damn good value for money and close to the city centre with free parking. The facilities are clean, well presented and the staff are always lovely. The restaurant and bars make it even better in winter.

Nothing, food options a little limited so ordered room service which was good.
The room was nice and quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. The location at the airport is perfect and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Given the cold climate of Canberra and that most guest staying at an airport hotel will be transiting to somewhere else and traveling with light luggage i think providing robes would be a great addition to the amenities on offer.

Close to airport as we had a very early flight.
Front desk staff were not very welcoming. Room service was expensive for what you got.
