Rundum gelungen. Falls es uns nochmal nach Hamburg verschlägt werden wir auf Sie zukommmen.
Pros:

Sehr ordentlich und sauber. Trotz der beengten Verhältnisse, für eine Nacht oder 2-3 ohne weiteres ausreichend. Schließlich schläft man die längste Zeit. Da reicht ein bequemes Bett. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten raus. So leise das wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Super. Meine Frau ist sehr lärmempfindlich.

Cons:

Die Kaffeekapseln hielten nicht in der Maschine. Entweder waren es die falschen Kapseln oder an der Maschine fehlt etwas in der Aufnahme. Es war nicht leicht die Kapsel in der korrekten Position einzusetzen. Hat aber nach einiger Zeit funktioniert. Der Kaffee selber war leider recht bitter. Zu wenig Milch. 4 Kapseln Milch wäre besser. (Zi 314)

Very good hotel and fantastic staff
Pros:

Very good hotel in an excellent city-center location. Private parking is a big advantage. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel, location great in very center of the city. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Secured underground parking slot was comfortable for use

Cons:

Surounding "zombie" peolple spoils the overall sense. They are not somehow agressive but sleeping humans on street looks not so nice.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstpck, aber keine angenehme Lage

Frühstück bis 12 Uhr

Cons:

Die Lage - Drogen, Prostitution, Blick auf Sex Kino, Müll…absoluter Brennpunkt in Hamburg. Ich bin alleine mit meiner Tochter gereist, das hätte ich gerne im Vorfeld gewusst

Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Es gab eine Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl.

Cons:

Keine Bar oder Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit in der winzigen Lobby. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Überteuert für diese Gegend.

Hotel super, Lage gewöhnungsbedürftig

Das Hotel war super, wirklich alles toll. Freundliches Personal, super sauber, ruhige Zimmer - top. Aber die Lage bzw. die Umgebung vom Hotel ist aufgrund der zahlreichen Drogenabhängigen gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Die Umgebung war aufgrund der zahlreichen Drogenabhängigen, die sich da herumtreiben nichts für uns. Ich als Frau wollte aufgrund der vielen ausländischen Männer das Hotel nicht alleine verlassen
