Pros:

El trato del personal es increíble y son muy atentos, el desayuno es imperdible lo tienes que probar, es como el último abrazo de Ecuador hacia sus visitantes.

Cons:

Para ser mujer q viaja sola me parecio que la puerta necesitaba otro tipo de cerradura, aúnq me sentí como en casa y muy segura después. Y el despachador de papel higiénico lo tuve q abrir porque no lo podía sacar, agradezo q dejaran la llave de otro modo hubiera tenido q llamar para q lo arreglaran. Y no hay como contactar con la recepción jeje un teléfono quizá pudiera funcionar

Cheap stay close to Quito airport

Pros:

Me gustó más la amabilidad de los que atienden el lugar y son accesibles a peticiones razonables, como por ejemplo me permitieron llevar tazas de mi propio te caliente a la habitación.

Cons:

La bulla de los que se hospedan contigo, quizás no entienden todos que no hay que hacer mucha bulla en el tiempo del descanso es decir pasado las 11 de la noche

Expensive and inaccurate. I ordered a room with an upgrade (jacuzzi tub) and didn’t get squat yet I still got billed ful

Pros:

I have been to 23 countries and never before wrote a bad hotel review. BUT:
1) They “lost” my booking (but Expedia DIDNT)
2) they charged me DOUBLE at the front desk than agreed on.
3) the room was tiny, no amenities (I guess other than a bed). No mini fridge
4) bugs
5) loud noise in the hallway (constantly)
6) 5 fizzy AF channels
7) after 45 mins the power went out “for most of the night”

All I asked was for a 10$ refund, after I left after 3 hours. They where awful

Avoid 👏 at 👏 all 👏 costs

Ps all of the pictures and positive reviews are hoaxed. Total scheme from top to bottom
