Pros:

禁煙で予約したが案内された部屋がタバコ臭かった。消臭スプレーをしたり、窓を開けたりしてしばし様子を見たがやはり厳しく（喘息持ちのため心配）、フロントに連絡した際、快く部屋を変える対応をしてくれたのが良かった。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋のはずが、煙草臭あり。部屋に染み付いていて厳しかった。禁煙の部屋であれば、徹底的にタバコの匂いは気にしていただけると嬉しいです。
