Ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Vom Bett aus konnten wir den Kanchenjunga betrachten. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück und das gute Restaurant sind zu empfehlen. Auch das hervorragende Servicepersonal trug zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei.

Excellent property, wonderful hospitality. Super nice staff members.

Cons:

Bonfire was going on till 11 pm at night, with loud music just outside the room. Not the staff members but, these guests lacked empathy and consideration towards fellow guests. It would be a good idea to shift the bonfire elsewhere to make it more pleasant.

Behaviour of the staffs are superb and very coperative . Ms. Reshma , the front desk executive has been extremely cooper
Pros:

Location of the property is superb. The best part of the property is the long terrace from where the view of the Kanchenjunga is majestic. Food quality is awesome. The live music is too good.

Cons:

Heritage rooms to the dining hall is a quite a long distance with no lift facilities.
