有室內泳池但是水很冰，如果是溫水更好，小朋友不友善，3個spa池可以用不大，女生更衣室沐浴設備是壞的😌然後入住第二棟6樓最邊間浴室蓮蓬頭.沐浴乳壓頭都是是壞的，好險家人有在泳池更衣後先洗 ，洗澡時只能蹲著洗，已經晚了不想在折騰了

位於竹南運動公園旁及竹南火車站走路可以到的距離交通方便，小朋友住宿體驗佳，會想再訪。

兒童遊戲室的投影牆及球池溜滑梯小朋友很喜歡，泳池及spa包括淋浴間很乾淨，房間安靜舒適，早餐開2廳分流很用心，整體體驗良好。

整體而言瑕不掩瑜～很好 苗栗能找到這樣的地方，很棒。

櫃檯人員服務；尤其是 隔天早上退房前會電話通知之外，週日早上櫃檯人員（男生、戴黑框眼鏡、頭髮梳整齊、態度非常好）

就其中一個枕頭背面🈶髒髒綿絮，一點點而已，雖然我們不是很計較，但還是作為提醒，請房務人員最後檢察的時候，多費點時間。
