A relação qualidade preço é aceitável...

Cons:

Jantámos no restaurante anexo ao hotel, mas tivemos algumas dificuldades em comunicar com o staff.
Não fomos mal recebidos, pelo contrário, mas para comunicar com um cliente é de todo bom senso estar o mais próximo dele,e ainda por cima a "barreira linguística " dificulta a comunicação...
Apelo por isso, não falem á distância com os clientes, uma vez que existe um balcão onde fazem a gestão das contas e pedidos, que por sua vez tem outro balcão para servir os clientes, logo existe uma barreira com uns bons metros. Cliente/staff
Não faz sentido... entre barulhos ambiente, tv's etc, não é fácil.

É uma crítica construtiva, como tal despeço-me com amizade e grato por nos receberem.

Cons:

The staff were curt. For much of the time there was no one on reception. The breakfast area was devoid of staff the whole time we and a few other guests were helping ourselves to the very poor buffet. A three-star hotel should not be serving tinned fruit and lousy coffee from a machine. Others don't, so why does Terrazas. The toasted sandwich we had in the cafe on arrival was dreadful. Bearly edible - we left half of it!

Un hotel muy cómodo, limpio y con comida muy rica
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia,bonita y limpia, además que no hemos oído ni un solo ruido, el bar de abajo lleno hasta arriba, lo cual ya dice mucho si la gente de allí acude al bar aún estando retirado, muy buenos precios, hemos cenado y desayunado y estaba todo muy muy bueno!!y por aparcar no hay problema porque hay sitios de sobra.

Parking and easy access from the main road.
Friendly barman in the adjacent cafe restaurant was helpful and kind and spoke good English and helped us understand what was open and what menus were about.
Food in the cafe was lovely and good drinks selection.
Comfy bed and very clean.

Cons:

Reception was very grumpy and unhelpful.
Breakfast buffet was expensive for what you got.
No towel rails or hooks in the bathroom meant balancing towels on the sink and door handle which was annoying and weird.
Electronic door card stopped working and there was no one on reception to help. A random lady finally appeared who was very reluctant to sort it out and made us feel like we were a nuisance.
Not a very welcoming reception.
