I enjoyed my stay and would be glad to stay again in the future.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and my room was comfortable. The location was convenient and free parking was available. The breakfasts were good especially the full English option.

fit for purpose, close to venue that we were visiting.
Pros:

Check in was professional and the staff member was chatty and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and the staff member serving was friendly, polite and efficient.

Cons:

the bathroom was tiny, my husband is 6'1" and 16 stone and so he was not able to move easily, very tight

Great value gem in Jesmond.
Pros:

Great location in lovely Jesmond. Only 10 minutes walk from nearest Metro station and then 2 stops into Newcastle centre, 3 stops to Centre train station. Also Tynemouth, Whitley Bay, Cullercoats all within easy reach on the Metro Bus stop also right outside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Staff were excellent (Shaz and Laura) - really friendly, helpful and informative. Good breakfast with plenty of toast and coffee

Cons:

Bathroom was a little cramped and shower a little underpressured.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. My dad left his charger in the room after check out and Tanya one of the staff members kindly found part of it and posted the rest to our home.
Huge thanks to Tanya who was incredibly kind and helpful - she was brilliant and made our experience of the hotel a great one.
Overall the hotel was excellent value
